Welcome

Welcome to the Commonplace Book of Leonor Ruiz de Lisón, a sixteenth century Spanish lady in the Society for Creative Anachronism’s Kingdom of the Outlands. My primary areas of research within the SCA are 16th century Spain and England and the 13th-14th century Mongol Empire (yes, my interests are broad). I am primarily interested in textile and book arts and Middle Mongolian onomastics, but I try to dabble in a little bit of everything. The Tailor’s Eye on Etsy sometims sells unique handmade jewelry and other accessories designed for historical reenactors, with a primary focus on 16th century Europe.
